The Gravity Backdraft Damper with Seal is designed to prevent reverse airflow in round HVAC and ventilation duct systems. It features a single blade that opens automatically when air flows in the intended direction and closes by gravity when airflow stops or reverses. Compared with standard gravity backdraft dampers, this model is equipped with an integrated rubber or EPDM sealing strip to improve air tightness and reduce air leakage.

The sealed design helps minimize unwanted outside air entry, dust infiltration, and pressure loss, making it suitable for residential, commercial, and light industrial ventilation systems. Its round structure allows easy connection to circular ducts, extractor fans, inline fans, and exhaust systems.
