Application

  • Core Equipment: Central air conditioning, circulating water systems, cooling towers, boilers, industrial water tanks, chilled water systems, and piping networks.
  • Extended Applications: Chemical, electrical, metallurgy, petroleum, mechanical, textile, food industries; oilfield injection water systems; thermal power plant ash water pipelines; heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, reactors, compressors, injection molding machines, heating pipelines, jackets, and other heat transfer equipment.
  • Applicable Materials: All types of metal pipes and equipment substrates, non-corrosive.

Usage Instructions

Dosing Methods:

  • Add directly to chilled/hot water systems from the expansion tank.
  • Use automatic dosing equipment for continuous injection.
  • One-time dosing can provide protection for over a year without water replacement.

Recommended Dosage:

  • Initial Dose: 100–300‰ system capacity (0.05–1 kg per ton of water) or 100–500 ppm (0.1–0.5 kg/m³).
  • Maintenance: Add 100 ppm (100 g/m³) based on system make-up water.
  • Working Principle: Disperses, chelates, and distorts crystal lattices to stabilize scale-forming ions and shield sulfate and silica, preventing scale formation.

Precautions

  • Keep out of reach of children and store in a ventilated area.
  • Avoid contact with skin and eyes; rinse immediately with plenty of water if contact occurs.
  • Wear protective gloves during use.
  • Consult technical support before applying to different materials.
