Usage Instructions

  • System Check: Ensure equipment has no severe leaks or corrosion. Connect a closed-loop water circulation system with acid-resistant pump, tank, and hoses.
  • Dilution Ratio:General scale: 2%–5% of system volume  Heavy scale: 8%–10% of system volume
  • Cleaning Method: Soaking or forced circulation cleaning for 5–20 hours depending on scale severity.
  • Endpoint Monitoring: Test pH periodically during circulation; stable pH indicates scale removal is complete.
  • Post-Treatment: Neutralize and flush with clean water; recommended to use HQ-230 Passivation Coating to prevent re-rusting.
