Product Overview

  • HQ-160 is a high-foam, environmentally friendly degreaser specifically formulated for cleaning the exterior and interior surfaces of trains, high-speed trains, metro cars, and other rail vehicles. It effectively removes oil, dust, bird droppings, rust, and other surface contaminants.
  • High-Foam & Strong Adhesion: Clings to vertical surfaces for better penetration and cleaning.
  • Eco-Friendly & Exportable: Non-toxic, biodegradable, odorless, and non-irritating.
  • Mild & Non-Corrosive: Near-neutral pH; safe on hands, metal, paint, and glass surfaces.
  • High Cleaning Efficiency: Each kilogram can clean 20–40 m² depending on dirt level.

Application

  • Primary Use: Exterior and interior cleaning of trains, high-speed trains, metro cars (including light rail), and maglev trains.

Usage Instructions

  • Cleaning Methods: Car wash machine spray, high-pressure water, wiping, or brushing.
  • Dilution Ratios:Light dirt: 1:20 ~ 1:30 Heavy dirt: 1:5 ~ 1:10
  • Operation Steps: Apply the diluted cleaner evenly to the surface. Let it react for 3–10 minutes (longer for heavier contamination). Wipe with sponge/cloth or rinse with cleaning machine. Room temperature is sufficient; hot water improves efficiency.

Precautions

  • Replace or supplement cleaning solution if oil concentration becomes too high.
  • Wear protective gloves; rinse immediately with plenty of water if contact occurs with eyes. Seek medical attention if necessary.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets; not for consumption.
