Our Acoustic Insulated Aluminum Flexible Duct is specially designed for fresh air systems, HRV/ERV ventilation, air supply ducts, and low-noise HVAC applications. This duct is engineered to reduce airflow noise and improve indoor acoustic comfort in places with high sound control requirements.
The duct features a multi-layer construction. The inner duct is made of double-layer perforated aluminum foil, with sound-absorbing cotton insulation placed in the middle. The outer jacket consists of four-layer aluminum foil with reinforced polyester and PVC composite protection, providing good durability, thermal insulation, and noise attenuation performance.
It is widely used in high-end residences, offices, hospitals, cinemas, and other buildings requiring quiet air distribution systems. It is especially suitable for connecting air outlets, fresh air units, return air systems, and air conditioning ventilation systems.
